Our goal at Coramed Clinic is to provide quality services and care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have a cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients. Your time is important to our doctors and rest of our team. All efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule and keep you on time. To facilitate the smooth running of the practice and timely treatment of all patients, we ask that you observe the following cancellation/rescheduling guidelines.
You may, at any time, cancel your booking by notifying us in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the day on which we receive written notification of your cancellation. The scale of charges payable will depend upon when the notification of cancellation is received. However, the cancellation charge will always be limited to actual expenses incurred and disbursements made reserving the deposit.
- In case of surgery treatment cancellation within 14 days from the date Coramed Clinic received deposit payment, the 10% deposit will be reimbursed in full . This could be done by sending us an e-mail or a postal mail directly to the Coramed Clinic address.
- After the period of 14 days, but no longer than 30 days prior to the planned surgical treatment, the patient will have the possibility to reschedule the date of a planned surgery. The 10% deposit will be kept as a reservation fee.
- In case of a late cancellation, which is shorter than 30 days before the planned medical procedure, the 10% deposit will not be reimbursed and will be considered as non-refundable.
Paying a deposit for the surgery, doesn’t matter the way of making it – in the form of a bank transfer, PayPal/DotPay transfer or other form of payment is associated with the simultaneous acceptance of the “conditions for performing surgical procedures”, “Deposit policy of Coramed Clinic” and the conditions of “cancelation policy”.
